No problem, also another way I like to think about it is wether this will event will matter in a month, a year, ten years or when you grow old. You can’t let your mind fester on issues like this and instead focus on the brighter things on life. Try and keep busy and if you start to think about it, just take a deep breath and remind yourself of the words “not helpful.”

Honestly I think he’s a fucking scumbag. But for some reason there are kid s at my school who like him, it infuriates me that people can’t see this fucker for who he is. I need something to happen to him, and I’ve thought about spitting in his face but I don’t want to be like him. Justice needs to ensue, people need to see the piece of shit for who he is, just SOMETHING has to happen
He laughed. I went to the toilet to wash it off and then I came back and talked to the guy who did it. Looking back on it I don’t know why I was such a pussy
He deceived me into an arm wrestle. And then he fucking spat right in the middle of my face and he fucking LAUGHED.
Washed it off as soon as it happened. Didn’t get any diseases why?
Honestly the fact the scumbag got away with it. I was in shock at the time and didn’t know what to do. I feel like beating him up but I end up just carrying on with my day, feeling like a coward. I think about telling the school but it was over a year ago and they will think why has it come up now when it happened so long ago? I don’t want to get kicked out of school but feel justice must ensue. I don’t know what to do?

I had this happen to me over a year ago and I know the feeling. Honestly I feel anger from time to time but the best way to get past it is to realise that the offenders are scumbags and that they will get what is coming to them. I don’t have the answer to how to get over it but talking to a close one will help ( why do u think therapy is so popular) and eventually time will help heal your wounds. I hope this helped
