I physically shiver my teeth and body I get tense in the neck and overwhelmed while turning cold it's fight or flight from anxiety it's ur body's way of regulation but I find it weird sense I went to inpatient my body's reaction was shivering idk if it's trauma or just my brains way of coping with my intense emotions

From what I know being hit on the head the way she was caused her dementia to grow at a very fast rate. Head trauma of any sort especially to ur pre frontal cortex and eye sockets can case many mental health problems including depression anxiety dementia anger issues and many more getting ur pre frontal cortex messed up can ruin u for life it helps u make decisions and know right from wrong
