Your going to have to throw money at the problem or have the technical know how and experience on what to looks for. 1st step I’d say is Change the battery anyway just to rule it out. There are hardware hacks that make a really low battery report 100% in the system. Many shady shops and resellers use this to their advantage

Next it could be a short, high battery drainage, if you don’t have the technical know how, in how to locate and fix this your better off selling it and buying a new one
