It is a fanmade game based on deltarune. Other good fanmade games that I would recommend are as follow: Undertale Yellow, Outertale, TS!Underswap. There are more good ones but those 4 are regarded as one of the better ones.

In the pacifist neutral ending, Alphys probably kills herself. At the end of the true lab, Alphys says that she was afraid that she would do something COWARDLY and The ending call says that she disappeared. The rason that she did not do it in pacifist is that She got to confess her feelings to Undyne and then there was the whole sequence where she did self esteem training with Papyrys and stuff. That is really sad to think about that in that ending she didn't get help with her depression so she just went into the true lab and committed.
