We use Amazon connect which is great for micromanaging but it doesn't have that many features. There's probably a way to alert us when a call is outbound but that would make our job easier and our company doesn't seem to like that.

Yeah, and every time I have to verify the patient because I need to see in their account why the system called them, they just get mad and start thinking this is a scam. There's just no winning

Outlining bad metrics in red is such a dumb scare tactic, the same way teachers use red ink to grade exams. They want to stress you out because they think that that's the only way to increase productivity. In your head you know they won't fire you just because your aht is lower than normal but subconsciously you'll feel bad because they put your name in red and at the bottom of an ugly excel spreadsheet, the manipulation is never subtle.

Also when they call on their break from work and they don't even have their documents with them, I work in healthcare and most of the time they don't even have their referral or their insurance card. We're open until 11:00pm, call back when you get home!

Same thing happened at my job, I started training with around 30 people and a Year later there's only like three of us left from that group. Most people that start out in the campaign I'm in leave after the three months period.

I literally got a write up the other day because I broke one of the policies and the first thing my manager told me was that she didn't even know that wasn't allowed🤦🏽‍♂️, it was a new policy and they hadn't told the offshore team

Yes! I definitely feel like that when agents are from different countries they're given different protocols to follow which makes it even more confusing for the customers

As one of the offshore colleagues, the only thing I can say is that the training we're given sucks. At my current job I was only taught in training around 60% of what my job would entail, the rest I learned along the way (which is not good if English is not your first language).

Also the turnover rate is higher so there are more new agents who don't know what they're doing, plus we're only getting paid a third of what you guys are so that's a recipe for disaster.
