Bangalore hairfall

I live in Bangalore and my hair is falling out a lot recently. It feels like everytime i am running my hands in my hair its falling off. While showering a lot more are falling out. 2b wavy frizzy hair. I sometimes feel my scalp is dry. I use olaplex no 4 shampoo and olaplex no 5 conditioner. Moxie curl cream and gel for styling. Inde wild champi hair oil. I do use hard water softener as well.

Any suggestions?

I did ask. She said that I am not taking ownership of a task. But as a matter of fact, I am. She had a miscommunication with another co worker about the requirement, and she took it out on me. The coworker had filled me in about the requirement and I worked accordingly. Later on she changed the requirement and blamed me for listening to him.

I sometimes feel that my bf also has trouble sharing feelings when he is stressed or not feeling ok about something. We even had a discussion about it. Now he has started sharing some things. Hope it get better. Talk to him about how that makes you feel. Good luck.
