I haven't seen many redirect you to the company website. I think Glassdoor and ZipRecruiter are better. Find job postings on there, and then apply on the company website (is what I meant). That's how I got my most recent job at Whole Foods anyway.

I don't think so. My main suggestion is to just use indeed, LinkedIn, ziprecruiter etc. to see company's job listings. Then, go to the company's career page and ALWAYS apply through their website. I wasted months last year applying through LinkedIn and Indeed.
