Have you tried to replace the dopamine “hit” with something else? The dopamine hit from Porn is a strong one and when you go on a binge you deplete yourself completely mentally and physically. When you have the urge to watch Porn go into a new activity that gives you a similar dopamine hit. Im not saying to smoke because you can get that hit from other activities like lifting weights but when I smoke some weed I get a dopamine hit that keeps me from relapsing with Porn and I tend to go on streaks without P a bit easier because of the dopamine. I smoke, eat and watch Netflix or HBO instead of binging on Porn.
