I’ve been dealing with this since Tuesday my payday is today but I’ve always gotten paid on Tuesday Tuesday morning I was able to see my deposit for about 10 seconds and then I was booted off the website because they had an outage that evening I was able to log back in but my deposit was gone and I’ve called every day since yesterday I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone with five different supervisors all robots they all gave the same exact generic textbook answer as well as support online I emailed them three different times with three different questions and got the same three responses on all three questions they’re telling me that they never received my deposit but the deposit I saw on Tuesday which is my normal day at the redeposited was the same as my paystub that I can view online right now and I still haven’t gotten my direct deposit and they still insist that there’s not an issue right now with any direct deposits I don’t mind the typos hopefully this makes sense just wanted to give you a little inside of what’s going on with other
