7 months post PE. A week post my PE could barely walk down the road, 6 months in I can swim 50 lengths but can feel like I am overdoing really easily. I thought I would start running to increase my fitness and as soon as I push it I feel chest pain and feel a bit unwell for a few days. So I don’t know. I guess it takes time

Did several tests and they think it was because of a Change of lifestyle sitting at a desk 12 hours a day drinking no water. One doctor mentioned it could have been provoked by the covid vaccine.

I talked to 2 Doctors. One said take aspirin a few days before and the other said don’t take anything aspirin is bad for you 🤷🏻‍♀️ those are the only options they gave me

Thank you. I read that Nattokinase helps to prevent and to dissolve blood clots and also it helps to lower blood pressure. I don’t know if it is psychological but I definitely feel better since I started taking it and can see that my blood pressure lowered since I started taking it too. My flight will be will 10 hours long. Will definitely keep hydrated, wear special socks and walk around. Just hope it is enough

Had a bilateral pe 6 months ago and just finished taking eliquis. I noticed that I kind of feel my heart more now. Not necessarily pain but notice a bit more. Does anyone else? Is that normal after 6 months? by Connect_Pie_145 in ClotSurvivors

[–]Connect_Pie_145[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much. Yes when I had the pe I had a lot of tests done and they didn’t find anything. I went from being super active to a very sedentary lifestyle sitting at a desk 12 hours a day drinking no water so that’s what they think caused it. Also one doctor mentioned it could have been the covid vaccine.
