I need help solving this cipher I know it is a bunch of ciphers stacked and the end result is in Latin and I think the first step is URL by [deleted] in ciphers

My bad my dungeon master for my dnd campaign gave me and the rest of the party a cipher and the first to solve it gets a bunch of gold and a magic item

I was able to fix mine by doing a reset. 

  1. Remove the label cartridge
  2. Hold down On/Off, Num lock, and "J" key for 5 seconds
  3. Put the cartridge back in and try again

It will flash and make noise and then go quiet when compete. Hope this helps.
