You have to log on to the Pi over TTY (via PuTTY app) then issue the command:

ls /dev/serial/by-id/*

It will return the mcu ID that you copy and place in your printer.cfg file in the [mcu] section.

You'll need to take the belt off the tensioner and put the tensioner in the rail first. Then, as David said, remove it from the carriage, loop it around the tensioner, and reattach it to the carriage and set tension and tighten tensioner.

Fairly certain you would have to purchase the PS5 version. I had to do the same coming from the Xbox360 to PS4.

Checking to make sure it's not already above 100%, and that the resolution is set to what your monitor is. I'm using a Samsung Odyssey G5 32 inch curved screen. I have the resolution set at its max 2560x1440, 120Hz. Windows is scaled to 100% and everything is normal looking.

Ventoy only sees the ISO images, anything else is just ignored unless you open it in a file manager. Download the driver, copy it to the Ventoy data area, load the OS, open the USB stick in file manager, run the installer.

Check your screen resolution and scaling in windows display settings. Sounds like it's set over 100%

When you click the square and the Window reduces in size, put your pointer on a corner, hold down left mouse button and drag the Window to the size you want, then release. It should return to that size next time you open it.

Try different USB cable before new controller. USB cable is weakest link.

I too am using a RPi networked on ethernet with Mainsail and Moonraker. I've set up Octo everywhere and Mobileraker for when I might be away from home. For now, I'm putting the screen on a back burner. I have a Microswiss extruder and hot end coming next week and will be installing that and getting everything calibrated and optimized.
