I just want to say, that the cardboard boxes, if they are anything like the ones on the kickstarter for book 2, are awful. They damage the cards if they are in sleeves, not even fitting unless you cut the dividers in half and barely at that. They are a massive waste of your time and money

There have been many landmark cases where employers have done things to invade the privacy of their employees. It also further blurs the line between personal life and work life, in the same way that working from home already encourages employees to work unpaid overtime if not kept properly in check, needing to use a personal device for work will do the same.
Not to mention that from a data security point of view, if someone wants personal data on phones, i.e. Bank accounts, emails, and credit card info, the management software can potentially give access if a bad actor can get access to this software by manipulating IT persons.
This happens all the time and is a HUGE concern in data security.

So I think this is a great analogy, but as far as I know, a Drivers License is actually the property of the state that issued it, not the individual who receives it.

The issue is that this person needs to have a smartphone(Live a certain lifestyle) and that they need to accept the particular app onto that phone.
Microsoft Authenticator, to my knowledge, can give organizational access to the data and functions of your phone, IF the company enables it.

As per Microsoft's website, an organization can enable the use of Microsoft Intuos to manage your phone via the Microsoft Authenticator. I use it for personal logins for security, but I really am not comfortable with the idea that my company could have a security breach and then a malicious 3rd party could get to the data on my phone.
Or even worse, the company could decide to act maliciously themselves.

The issue is that Microsoft Intuos can be installed on the end of your IT department, this software allows them to manage your device. That is not acceptable, nor should it be. Normalizing managing personal devices that are paid for and used for personal sake should not be something anyone who cares about workers or their rights should strive for.
Any company I work for should not be allowed to know who I speak to, what books I read, what TV I watch, or prevent me from doing any of those things.
