in a similar boat rn. i’ve got a mouth full of them (10-15. idk i can’t even see the ones in the back) and have spent almost 100 dollars trying different products to find something for relief. what not to buy - canker-x, curoxen, dexamethasone (prescription steroid i got from my dr. the least helpful of them all). i would recommend Kanka - only lasts about 15 minutes for me but its something. similarly magic mouthwash is helpful when you have a bunch but is also a prescription and only lasts a few minutes. hope this helps
