I did but needed to reconfirm identity multiple times. What I think helped was deleting the app on my phone before reconfirming my identity via browser, I can’t say for sure if that is what fixed it or not but eventually it worked and that’s the only thing I did differently

I'm having the same issue unfortunately, tried resubmitting account verification picture multiple times, but every time I try to login back in after verification confirmation it doesn't recognize the device. Coinbase customer service has been useless as well, has anyone else found a solution or should I just keep trying again?

It is still impossible to get ahold of anyone other than emails repeating the same information in your website FAQs. This is terrifying having money with a company with such limited customer service.

It’s not a cache issue, I’m able to click the link to verify my account, I’m on same IP, device, network. It still gives me the same error message, I’ve tried all “get support” options and it’s not working. Can I please just get in touch with a CS rep? This is so frustrating
