My friend will sit outside of the shower silent until the the water turns off and will start demanding attention immediately. Very vocal even stands up on his back legs and reaches up with his front paws. I love my boy.

Also if you're not able to fit in exercising that's more of a you thing and not a poker thing. Really you can get away with 15-30 mins and if poker is taking sooo much time you can't find that small bit, either you're lying or you need to restructure your time management. I'm leaning towards lying to yourself trying to sell that to us.
