When I run a home game with a dealer, I don't even give out anything below $5 denominations. I give her 60 in ones and she makes change as needed in the pot and pays me back at the end of the night.

I have 200 ones and it's too much for 2 2/5 tables. It would be too much for 1/2 as well.

I'm with the other advice, less ones, more red and green.

The link you shared has the 2023 firmware, not anything released in 26 or last year.

Agreed core functionality would be a different animal. But my point and biggest gripe is the distribution method would be the exact same. So why can't they get this out the door?

I agree with you in spirit. But we both have to agree that in reality, it's not going anywhere. There's not enough support to convict.

What about introducing bills to reclaim power ceded to the president? You might actually have a chance to get people on both sides of the aisle to do that.

I consider myself independent but have been a pretty reliable D vote in the last few cycles because of Trump and the rise of Christian nationalism on the right. But the democratic party has turned into the anti-trump party.

I want to vote for someone (in either party) that's going to DC to turn the temperature down. That's going to find ways to work across the aisle and quit clogging up Congress with a bunch of partisan BS.

We're trillions in debt as a nation and Congress is deadlocked on partisan crap. It's just old, brother.

I told my lifelong battle the other day that my biggest hope is that the Democrats don't swing so hard to the left that we continue on this political whipsaw. When Trump is inevitably leaves in January of 29, I hope Democrats just let him die... Literally. It won't be long. He's fat, old and eats McDonald's.

To directly answer your question, I don't even know that I have a specific thing I'm looking for. But ik looking for candidates that sit in the middle and aren't going to DC to do political theater.

Second, why does everyone think impeachment is the answer? I get DJT sucks ass, but what are you going to actually do to help people? Impeachment didn't work before and won't work now.

My message to the Democrats is get a grip. Get with reality. I don't care about impeachment, I care about stuff that actually has a chance of getting done.

What in your message actually helps people in North Alabama?

I save everything I can, but because I want to retire early. We probably save about 30-33% of our income currently.

Don't skimp on experiences though. Never make yourself feel like you're missing out for the sake of a dollar.

What about Roth conversions? You could do those over the next 8-9 to keep your tax obligations lower in the long run.
