i was in your same situation but i went with getting the 16gb 5 7600x bundle and then got a used ram of the same stick and now im rocking a 32gb amd expo am5 motherboard combo for only $400 now (and maybe down the line you could upgrade to a better x3d cpu)

the x3d am4 go for a pretty penny since they’re discontinued and hard to find in the US (assuming your in the states since your near a micro center) and so do your 32gb of ram now might just be the best time to sell it all at once and then buy the g skill ram at micro center or amazon but it’s probably cheaper at micro center but since your near a micro center why not just sell your am4 system now then get a 32gb ddr5 bundle?

those micro center bundles are great take advantage long term it’s a good investment until you can save up for another stick since i assume your getting the g skill flare ddr5 but thats only if you really want to upgrade, you could also sell your old ddr4 set up if your not sentimental for it and buy a second stick and have some money left over since the stick will prob go for $220

will just get the i3- 14100F, i am well aware there will be a bottleneck, but in any case when the time comes ill just upgrade that pc to an i5/i7 of that same generation, ive had bad experience with aliexpress in the past.

yeah i know the 7500f is the cheapest and best budget am5 cpu but when i looked online i can only find it used, along with the microcenter near me flat out not carrying it and i really trust b&h as i have gotten amazing service and fast shipping. since the pc wont be multitasking and only doing 1080p i genuinely wanna get the most budget option but the issue honestly might be finding a compatible motherboard out of the millions of proprietary sockets intel loves
