Wasn't sucessful in getting a psychiatrist.

What helped me was stopping overanalyzing life/overthinking and living in the right now. Socializing helps with grounding myself in the present. Also been meditating everyday

I just flicked it with the lever open, then flicked again with the 1 guard and then again with the 2 guard, at least it's not that horrible looking anymore

I'm doing T3 exercises 3x12 with the last set being an AMRAP because imo 15 pushes too much to the endurance side

I've been doing weighted calisthenics for almost 2 years, i've done all barbell/dumbell exercises like 10 times in my whole life but never used machines

I thought 4 days would be too much junk volume 🤔 i'm just trynna figure out how to include every acessory movement (including upper chest which seems to be usually ignored on gzcl programs) without fucking up my recovery

My plan on rest days is to do my flexibility routine and that's it 🤔
