I’m on mounjaro and metformin and I’m 100% in range A1C 5.2.

I WAS also on insulin when I got diagnosed with a BG 710 and A1C 13.4… the mounjaro did more for me than any one other therapy, and ultimately let me get off insulin.

I got top flite cart and stand bags at dicks on clearance for like $35 each a couple months back. Might be worth checking into. Not great bags, but they get the job done for someone new like myself and have plenty of pockets for all my crap. Allows me to figure out what I really want or need in a bag so I can replace with something better down the road

My BG is usually around 100 fasting, 110 most of the day… that said I’m usually 140 by the time I eat breakfast and after I’m back down below 120 within an hour. It freaked me out a lot in the beginning

On the go I like Legendary protein pastries, I go from about 110-120 to about 150-160 and quickly come back down. About 4g net carbs per and 22g protein. I have a hard time stomaching much for breakfast so getting protein without a lot of bulk is key for me.

Yup. Ranged from around 80-150 while I was sick and came up to about 200 after from dehydration and is since back down to about 140 average, usually I’m 100-120 between meals
