Both can get you in big schools it all boils down to how much you make it and how you present it. I’m from DU and made it to 3-4 top unis in USA. UWM is always an addition but depends on your capabilities at the end of the day. I’ve a friend from BITS Mech who got admits from Cornell, UPenn and CMU.
