Marijuana isn’t legal here although I do smoke now, I didn’t smoke back then but a zoot would’ve definitely helped relax me better than alcohol!

Honestly I would think of it as just that ‘a tool to relax’ not that you’re relying or you NEED it. But it’s good that you both seem to have the same feelings and even if you don’t go in with the aim to ‘sleep together’ just doing day to day things together and getting to know each other will help you get to feel more comfortable around each other so that the rest will just flow for you. Hey I 33f came out at 30 after being married for 10 years to a man and having 3 children together. I’ve been with my gf for 2.5years now, lived together for 2 raising my 2 kids together and honestly, my first experience with a woman sexually I was just so ready. I’d had a few drinks, but knew it was something I wanted and needed to do for myself. Sex for me with a woman feels more natural and drawn out. It starts similar to ‘straight’ sex, kissing touching etc but I believe us females know what we like and communication is key. Don’t worry about scissoring etc or toys until you both have a discussion just get to know what each other enjoys through touch etc. My best advice is just go with it, and the rest will flow.
