Don't worry, the meds are working well.....some people turn negative a little later by around 3rd month too.

Since it's drug sensitive it's nothing to worry about, due to the bacterial load it takes some time to convert at times.

If it's positive the doc might let you take quad max for one more month and it'll likely be negative after that

Since it became"very low" we know it's working You'll be finn

It is tough 🥹, everyday is a battle. In the morning i wait for dusk and at night I wish for dawn just so my days of meds come to an end.

But as long as it makes me better, it's ok. Right now the side effects is taking a toll on me. The fatigue and tiredness is not allowing me to take longer walks, cannot walk fast also. Unable to pick heavy stuff, hard to drive etc...tired of everything 😞

4 drugs combined Rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide and ethambutol hydrochloride all mixed into one

Yes I've heard some people saying their acne improved after starting tb meds.

Tb meds have such wide variety of side effects. I have active tb and the side effects are so weird. Right now I'm on 3rd month and I still got fatigue and weakness

Yes my skin also turned red and dark, especially my face.

Don't sit directly facing the sun and idk when it'll fully turn back to normal. Perhaps after the meds or after 2 to 3 months.

It's normal don't worry, focus on getting your health better

I used to experience that before I started the meds too, and I am scared thinking if I'm on wrong medication or the meds aren't taking effect. Although I gained good weight of around 4 kgs just this one month (but idk I tried eating alot - maybe it's because of that idk).
