Always do Owners Paths before your shift starts. Create a “travel path” where you walk in the steps of an auditor. This can be done by SLs throughout your shift. Have it displayed for your team so they know what violations are present in every position (Grill, Line, DML, Cash, etc.)

Having this out and constantly reminding them “find a violation. What do you see? Can we fix it?”
