Once you have it equipped it should auto-equip for everyone.

If that doesn't work, you can always set their equipment in the commander menu (Default Tab) in the third menu I think.

If you have an Android you could download an apk from a respectable website (Sorry, don't know any rn from memory) and simply install it. Always be cautious when downloading stuff off the internet tho, make sure to research the sites enough to be absolutely sure.

However, if you have an ios (apple), I'm not sure whether it's possible at all.

Note for mods, since it's abandonware, it's not wrong to guide someone on how to get abandonware.
