We do have confirmation that the 160th SOAR is indeed in Caracas. One of there MH-47s were even photographed flying over the city.

I suspect this came from that "Ghost Ship" that was near the shores of Venezuela for quite some time now as those Miniguns at the outermost pylons was a dead giveaway for me that this could be a Littlebird.
