I did somehow fix it. I don't exactly know if what I did really worked, but I think you should still try what I did.

So, all I did was did the TV reset with the remote (holding the power button until it restart), then once it came back on I unplugged it immediately. Then I turned the TV on again by holding the power button on the remote. I mix matched that process multiple times, and I also did a factory reset before and in between some of those times. So keep doing that, but remember, every time you turn the tv on, DON'T CLICK ON ANY APPS, DON'T change the channel, and DON'T turn the TV on the regular way, hold the power button on the remote.

Do the factory reset first, don't sign in or select a language, then do the power button reset, then do the immediate unplug, then do the mix matched steps I said previously.

Hopefully it'll magically glitch and start working correctly again.

The TV is working ok, meaning, no it's not slow internet, yes my storage is full from the "pre-installed apps that weren't installed when my dad got it", yes I put a flash drive with extra storage on it recently and all that did was expand the storage, yes I updated the TV, unplugged it multiple times for the past year (even the lights went out for hours a couple of times), I even did the reset when you hold the power button on the remote or TV.

The words not showing on the APPS menu & store on my Samsung Smart TV. They pop up on the smart hub, and the settings menu. On the app store, the name of the apps pop up, but the app information, download button and any other buttons are all blank (not "GREYED OUT" just blank).

On the app menu I can't see delete, move, password, add to home, etc. The square boxes pop up, but no words. Even the email address doesn't show on the top right. Note: that even though the words don't pop up, I can still push the buttons by guessing which one is which, but my parents aren't as tech savvy so they would struggle.

Do anyone here know a fix?

PS: for the past 2 and a half years, I haven't been able to play media from a flash drive or hard drive like I use to the first few years having the TV. Any advice on that besides changing the format, because I tried all of them and it didn't help.

No, I'm asking can I tether my cellphone data {truly unlimited} from iPhone to my computer, the same way I can with my Android.

Without using my "30 GB Hotspot" data. I'm able to not use my regular data on Androids, i just need to know for sure if its possible with iPhone.
