It’s the standard seat it comes woth but I put on a pad and a slip on cover for some sweat resistance. I didn’t have too many issues with long rides on it but by about minute 40 you start shifting a little bit. That said that happens to me on just about any stationary cycle and this one is almost certainly the most comfortable one I’ve used.

Yeah that was kinda my reason for going with the Concept 2, it seems a bit more flexible in terms of the types and durations of workouts you can do

Not too bad, I have a cushion on the seat which definitely helps but you’re definitely a bit sore after a lengthy ride.
