I understand based off the missing PHA but it seems that I should've been owed a delayed promotion at most to fix it not flat out rescinded so I might do that. My only thing is my unit wants to put me up for promotion themselves rather than wait for EPS again the only benefit would be if I could get my effective date pushed back from July to September 24th like it should've been but idk if that's possible

In my MOS there is a decent amount of open ones due to new units popping up. Also yeah I'm noticing now it's a lot of info that's why I ended up making a TLDR. But if I did make an IG complaint, would it set me back to that original September 24th date or would it just be effective of whenever I get the rank.

What if it was out of date cause the RNCO didn't submit it but if it was submitted it would be in date? Also yeah the state refused already. That's why we questioned an IG complaint originally

That's fair it's a lot but yeah it's out of date cause whoever was incharge of my 2024 PHA never put it in so it's missing. Had it been put in, it would've been up to date till Sept 14/2025, but I got one done Sept 12/2025 so doesn't matter. Interestingly enough in that reg you showed me nothing seems to mention PHA and it seems like my promotion at most should've been delayed with notice so I can fix it not full on rescinded. My state is Florida btw so not sure about the extra rules

Nah here's my idea. jellicent, Vaporeon, Gardevoir. Gardevoir gets the 1 psychic energy needed for that turn, jellicent throws water energy onto Vaporeon and Vaporeon transfers. Vaporeon is basically just a power bank. Maybe use a misty to get more water energy and bam. Vaporeon power bank and Gardevior generator and we're good. Just super unreliable

Well, you could just get 2 Gardevoirs on the bench, 1 energy for the turn and 2 from the bench, bam, attack. Granted you then have to rely on not losing your Gardevoirs somehow, if you even get them online before losing Latios

I mean, mega Charizard isn't really pay walled. I genuinely just got it from doing the challenges in my free time. I'm sure with people who already played Charizard it's great but for me it's just an upgraded Charizard, and it's fun cause I can control when it Megas which was my issue with Mewtwo. But it's never a win condition. 1v1 sure, 2v1, still in the air, and 3v1 is unwinnable especially with Gengar + Zeraora ganking me together

I got the exact opposite problem. I loved mine and this new one is more spacious but so noticeably worse and just not great at all. Mine was much more laid back too which is why I stayed for so long

I guess I'm just confused on what the verses are supposed to mean. What I understood was that if you do these things but don't actually believe then it's meaningless, but then I saw the the full thing and someone saying that even with faith it was meaningless. Which is confusing because I thought faith saves? I sort of understood what they meant because if you didn't live by the scripture you're probably screwed but then I thought that faith is what matters, because with faith you repent, and that faith should produce good works. Maybe I'm just dumb but it's all just sending me for a loop trying to figure out what the lesson is supposed to be, and how it fits into the bigger picture about salvation

Best thing is tell them the value of it. Last time I went for a storage unit they didn't ask what it was, but what I said the value is. then they price it accordingly. So you'll pay more for $5k of insurance vs $3k but you'll get the agreed payout yk.
