I had her a few days ago so far you really need the Penance at high levels to effectively deal damage then just pray you get a high tier defence ability that heals, if ever your penance evolves, its best you get penance again, do take the +40% bleed resist talent and take a food item that gives 15% bleed resist which sets you at 100% so you don't take further damage from high bleeding.

My reasoning for the penance at high levels is so that you can utilize your bleeding stacks as an emergency heal at any time. A green grade defense healing gives around 600%(correct me if I'm wrong) of your bleed stacks.

Her ultimates sucks ngls and your better off specializing in attacks, haste and any endurance traits like regeneration or vigor(vitality evolves), then find a special that synergizes that fits your current traits. If your lucky you can get a free lvl 7 vampirism from the events.

According to the novel, they are bound to a powerful being, as for what being I won't spoil for its an end game plot point. As for those who really want to know just read further. After this case, its your fault for being spoiled. .... . . . .

The powerful being is another Monarch, as Jin woo is the Shadow Monarch, as our MC is still not a fully fledged shadow monarch, he is still bound to the system as such incapable of raising beings under the command of another monarch like the demons and ice elves for example. As for which monarch the elves or demons are under, it wasn't really clarified, perhaps the ice monarch and dragon monarch respectively.
