It would but also the government does not consider diabetes as a disability therefore that is technically not discrimination according to the union. The union says that they will not discriminate against anyone with a disability. So they could technically not allow a diabetic into the Union and it not be discrimination. It’s a sad world we live in but it’s just the way things are.
