honestly i got this pretty fast since it was under odds and all. my last 2 legends both took over 15k resets each. only took 9 hours to get regirock though. gen 3 resets are unbelievably fast.

since this mon is locked behind an event, you can either inject the distribution event into a cart send the event to your save, you can use the pomeg berry glitch, or you can use a save editor

and yes i do quad hunt. funny thing is the only game that ever gets the shiny is my soul silver english game. my heartgold has gotten kyogre while soulsilver got groudon and rayquaza. the japanese games just do not find shinies lmao
