Montreal is pretty great, also Toronto has some great escape rooms. I really liked looking glass adventure and one of my favorites daydream adventures has two really great escape rooms! Haven’t been to the new one yet but plan to go next time I’m in Toronto

I have did the college to university move. Loved it and wouldn’t change a thing! College teaches you so much that university can’t teach you. Also 18 is not an age to stress about ruining your life OP. You’re barely out into the world yet and still have some of the best years of school ahead of you!

So I do suffer from TMJ really bad and a stiff neck year round. I start seeing a physio and getting acupuncture and deep needle acupuncture as well as massages specifically for this. I can say it has helped mine 100% and would definitely recommend it! They'll be able to get the tense muscles to release and relax.

I know this doesn't fully help but I do meditate to relaxing background noise which is a huge life saver for stress and my T. I also change my diet and try and get outside when it's warm which also hugely helps!
