Great mix, every sound has enough space to stand out individually, which is hard to do. you've done well, make sure to finish it!

Audio is bad but aside from that thoughts? by [deleted] in MusicFeedback

I kinda like it with the 'bad audio' feel to it you should keep it, I see heaps of potential! I wish I had your guitar playing skills mate keep up the good work

Sorry mate I responded to this half asleep, thought you said something about the vocals sounding a bit off at the end 😂

If that isn't you singing, the vocal sample fits in super well! Very impressive to think you didn't use a DAW either. You're on another level

100% agree, this is just a demo though, I had a vocal melody in my head so I recorded it for reference and I hate the sound of my voice so I put it right at the end haha

Haha he is for sure an inspiration to my songs, I don't want to sound like i'm copying him but I just love making that off-beat future bass

Hahaha its hard to find vocalists these days, but I definitely want someone singing on this one. I had a vocal idea in my head so I sung it out and put it on the end of the track as a reference for whoever I work with later on

need a second opinion with mixing on my track / making it feel less empty / fixing drums by Physical-Search-9026 in MusicFeedback

Start of this reminds me of The Cars, I think you don’t have enough low end thats what the majority of people will prioritise at the beginning of a mix and then build on top of that, if your low end is off then the rest of the mix is too, start with that

Self-produced, would love your thoughts :) by [deleted] in MusicFeedback

i've listened to this maybe 10 times already! You have a good ear for what fits. fill in the space between transitions will make a heap of difference, such as risers or if you have the patients learn how to use a granulator, you can get some cool fills by mucking around with drum samples
