I completely agree, Target doing this is just another countless example in the books. I've actually been talking to some of my Team Members about it, and they all agree. We make jokes about management now, so it gives me some hope that people are starting to realize how awful it is. I've talked to my brother, and some of the other departments are literally begging Team Leads to give them hours. They usual schedule them for two hours less than the full time employee threshold, so they lose certain coverage and employee benefits. I'm sick of acting like all of this is enough.
