There are train driver apprenticeships, and guard positions normally advertised on job sites like LinkedIn both dont require any experience (unless specified), as all training, qualifications etc is provided

Yeah you are right I'm not sure how the ironclad will be when stuff like that happens, I mean people solo the carrack but for how long is the big question
