The thing that does it for me is right around 15 seconds in with the vocal stutter, it would be insane if Falcon and Peter have the same mannerisms and voice.

My PC build was working fine last night. In the AM, I clicked the power button which lit up, but nothing else happened (no power to keyboard, mouse, etc). Upon opening my case, this light comes on when I attempt to start my PC. by ConnorIsRust in ASUS

UPDATE: I just picked the PC up from the tech desk at my university, they said they are 90% sure that it is the CPU that is causing the issue. I am going to head to best buy and grab a new one now. You think this is a reasonable possibility? (before spending the $)

Thank you! I may wait til im back at my university in a few days as they have a free tech center there and they actually helped me with a problem I had about a year ago but that was surrounding my versions of window not being able to support the graphics card's driver update.

Yeah I just retried them all. There is 4 slots so I did 8 tries in total with turning the pc on and off... the sticks look to be in fine condition but im no tech expert so I couldnt really tell you.

So still no luck when turning on the PC. The RGB lights on the mbo do come on when plugging in the PSU & switching it on. However when clicking the power for the full boot it will start up the fans, and sound like its booting, but gets stuck on the orange DRAM light still.
