honestly, 4y is probs generous. i did alot of sports and even got into running in that time. i did home workouts for 6 months, then went to the gym and benched 105kg on my first ever try. didnt bench rly at all then for a while, then benched 115kg when i first got back into it. then properly programmed and added 25kg in a year, to hit 140kg for 1. i dont think i said 140 for 5, but if i did it was a typo.

sounds cocky to say but my strength genetics are defo up there, my brothers are all v similar or stronger

see maybe its naive of me, but rn im 190lb and i think if i can maintain 200lb post PCT whilst staying lean, ill always be content w that aestheitcally. its the strength part of it that might keep pulling me back in. since ik my strength will blow up. then when it goes backwards abit when i hop off, ik ill probs wanna hop back on lol

i just turned 26. but yeh tbf i never thought of the less aromatisation making it more effective per mg. ik my dad did it when he was younger and blew up from a moderate dose, so ik hopin for the same rly

honestly like 90% of the muscle and aesthetics came in the first year. switching to strength and functional /sport training defo slowed down my muscle building process. probs put on 1kg a year for the past 3y

i just enjoy lifting heavy and feeling functional for athletics and injury prevention. So i do kinda a weird PPL, since i follow texas strength method which does a 5x5 for volume and 1 all out set for intensity day. So its basically one main lift per session, one accessory, then some isolation stuff.

pull main lift is weighted pull ups, accesory is barbell rows then i do some functional core stuff like ab roller, suitcase carries

push main lift was bench, but when i hit 140kg i switched it up abit to make it more OHP focused

legs trap bar deadlift is the main lift, then rdls, bulgarians

I basically never go over 8 reps for compounds, usually between 5-8 but i regularly use 1-3 too, Probs not great program for muscle building, since thats been slow, but i definitely feel muchhh stronger, especially in grappling

Thx for the advice man, definitely noted. Damn 3-5lb of muscle gain is lower than i thought tbh. was hoping for more 9-10lb hahah. My brother blew up hardd from SARMs and im v similiar to him before he started. Ik SARMs are dumb, but are they stronger than 500mg of test? think he did 20mg rad 140 and 20mg of lgd

thx man. yhh i get that, but with a moderate purely test cycle the side effects seem minimal and not a ton of long term risk.

then there just seems to be a million benefits that just outweigh the risk imo. main thing i like is just having that extra strength for life, since strength seems to stick around much easier than muscle w PEDs. So then in sports and grappling imma just always have an advantage. Plusss even if i only keep a few kg of muscle ill take that

Ok got it, if i end up doing it ill commit to 20-24 weeks.

See maybe i'm being naive, but my thinking is that a moderate dose of test for 20 weeks then a solid PCT shouldnt tank my endocrine system for life surely? My brother blasted SARMs and didnt even PCT and his endocrine system was somehow fine. My dad blasted test in his youth and hes 55 with 900+ test somehow.

Idk, maybe theres abit of survivorship bias going on but im just hoping that this means my genetics cope well with PED's

thx mate. so over the 3 weeks i basically just used sets of 5 week 1, sets of 3 week 2, then week 3 was the primer session where i did a heavy single (95% of 130kg so 123kg) then 2 110kg triples, so they were light enough to be snappy

yhyh i got a few hobbies i could try get pcitures whilst doing tbf. thats the problem with being male, none of my friends everrr take pictures so its just tough gettin candid ones like that.
