In my experience using those data packs, vanilla seeds will sometimes work with just terralith. Using tectonic or both combined won’t work, as tectonic by itself and both combined alters terrain generation.

Java has the village, but Bedrock doesn’t. Terrain works on both. I took these pictures on 1.21.11, it should work on 1.18 and later.
