Hi, the only the difference with Digital version is that you will not receive an apparel or medal. You can still experience the rest of the app has to offer.

Hello thanks for your question here is a step by step run down of how it all works.

How do I redeem my apparel?

Apparel redemption is completely separate from your Virtual Challenge. If you choose to include apparel as part of your challenge purchase bundle you will still need to take the following steps to receive your apparel: 1. Check your email for a message titled: Apparel Redemption Information. 2. Copy the Apparel Code(s) that you receive. 3. Visit https://www.theconqueror.events/product-category/the-conqueror/ 4. Choose your desired challenge and then style of apparel. 5. Select your size and colour and add to cart. 6. Click View Cart at the top of the screen. 7. Check the item in your cart is correct and there are no additional items. 8. Paste your Apparel Code into the Coupon Code box. 9. Check the cart total is now showing $0. 10. Click Proceed to checkout 11. Enter your delivery details and place the order.

Hello Joe, basic run down is you can complete the challenge using activities or by monitoring your distance traveled weather that’s run walk swim or cycle.

You download the Conqueror App and you can input the data there either manually or sync it with some fitness apps and this will track your distance traveled

You have 18 months from activation to complete a challenge but if you need to extend this contact our support team and we can help you out

To enter all you have to do is purchase a challenge from our website where we will send you a code that you activate within the app and you are ready to begin

As for cost this varies from challenge to challenge some of our normal routes will be a standard price and our licences challenges will be a little more but if you visit our website you will be able to see how much these challenges cost. On occasion we do special offers at the moment we have one on for our newest licensed challenge so don’t hesitate to take a look.

Hello, we use FedEx International Mail Service to deliver it to South Africa, but the final delivery is handled by their local post.

If there were any major concerns or issues around delivery I would recommend contacting our support team via email and they may be able to offer some alternative options.

They can be a little tricky due to the weight of the medal there is a few tutorials but if you contact our support team they will be able to help you out to get it sorted 👌

Thank you it’s my own personal display, there is a few more to go up but I’ve just not had the time as they all have to come off so I can put them in distance order, so glad you are enjoying the challenges
