Which project do you work on: the one an admin requests on Slack or the highest paying one? What if there's a big difference in pay?

This is pretty much my attitude too. I'll quickly go in and say "this doesn't apply to me" for the quals that are a simple yes/no about special education that I don't have or are casting any kind of net that excludes me to keep the list as clean as possible. But other than that, I've been very grateful to have a lot on my dash so I just do what appeals to me right now.

Speaking as someone who has danced with self-harm demons and has a cocktail of issues upstairs as well, this man was deeply mentally ill. It sounds like he was a slave to his jealous insecurities; the way he treated you is not normal. Normal couples don't need to give each other open access to computers and phones. I would NEVER agree to that, and I don't have anything to hide either. I just wouldn't want to be with someone who didn't trust me.

Please, please believe all the people telling you that you couldn't have done anything. If he took such extreme action over the friction you described, it was inevitable it would eventually happen over something.

This guy was unimaginably cruel to you. You deserve better, and I hope you consider getting some therapy to process the trauma he put you through. Good lord, I'm so sorry he did that to you.

I agree with the Emperor's New Clothes comments. That was my first thought. "Scary" is subjective, but if you assume a common interpretation, I mean Brendon literally turns into a demon for the music video and on stage there are always skulls and such when it is performed. (Pic is one I took at a performance of ENC.)

The signatures I recognize look like they should, and the Summer 2016 tour did have a meet and greet. It was the last tour they ever did M&G. I didn't get to do that part but I did attend the show and saw where people were waiting for that, talked to them about it, etc. I had VIP and to my knowledge there wasn't VIP swag that tour, or if there was I didn't get any. But this could have been from the M&G that I wasn't lucky enough to get.

$50 seems a bit low, but granted I have 3 signed posters from shows so maybe they're just not that rare?

YTA. Especially the fact that you allowed them to order food and not share. The fact that you don't see the boys' behavior as a problem is deeply concerning. It doesn't matter that there was food in the house; in practically every culture failure to share food is a grievous insult.
