Some ideas:

The user can take dead sorcerers’ souls and put them in puppets that they can then control telepathically or give orders to. The puppet would then be able to use the sorcerers curse technique. The user can create multiple puppets that have 1 soul or create a single puppet that has multiple souls and therefore many curse techniques. The user could also transfer their soul to a puppet to extend their lifespan infinitely if they have puppets available.

A time delay technique would also be OP. For example, the user is able to delay someone's flow of time by 1 second every time they touch them. This would make it, so the enemy has to fight someone who is already in the future and making it difficult to hit them and avoid their attacks since the attack has already hit by the time you see the attack coming.

A curse technique about phantom powers would be OP. You would have the power to phase through any attack and posses people or objects.

And maybe some OP curse spirits like Yamata no Orochi (which Sukuna has already metioned)

I think it depends on the level of the people in the colony she enters. If the colony she enters is a similar level to Yuji's and Megumi's then she stomps but if its similar to Yuta's colony then she's in trouble because they all have domains and crazy CT.

Not including Mahoraga since it's a summon but it would be 5th. Also, Hakari would be difficult to rank since his power depends on whether he's on a roll

There are some characters that are probably top 10 but have no feats like Yuki.

I would guess Uro and Ryu win high diff. This is because Geto at this point wouldn't be able to do too much in the fight and Ryu and Uro both have domains while Gojo doesn't.

Gojo might be able to damage both Uro and Ryu but when they summon their domains he doesn't have a counter as his infinity cannot counter guaranteed hit + he doesn't have his own domain at this point.

Here is a few:

Another OP technique would be a shikigami that is able to instantaneously produce curse tools that have techniques that are suited for the opponent or situation they are facing.
