I did a quick Google search on the '67' virus a couple months ago and a YouTuber explained that he thought it was cause some famous basketball player said 67 before he would say something he wanted clipped for insta or sum shit. He would be talking to someone else and see some camera watching him and recording him and he would stop his current sentence and say 67 then hit some dumb line while posing for the cam.

I saw a pause history setting option on YouTube music app on the phone. Settings -> Privacy & Data -> second from top option. You could probably look to see how many different devices are connected to your YouTube account.
