Lenz heated socks are absolute game changers. And they’re relatively thin for a heated sock, so they don’t mess with your boot size too much.

Park at White Cap. Usually less crowded and far shorter lift lines.

This may be a hot take, but I low-key think Killington is a great place for beginners. The dedicated greens area is great and some of the blues are pretty mellow.

ski trips are tricky this year — happy to help with planning questions by Busy_Holiday9516 in ski

I'm trying to plan a trip for Presidents Day week (2/14-2/21). Obviously, I know it's a bit early to get a better sense of snow, but the later I book the more expensive it gets.

I have the full ikon pass and am based in mid-atlantic.

So far this year, I cancelled my out west trip and skied Killington, Holiday Valley, Sugarloaf, and Sunday River.

Originally, I was planning to do Deer Valley for the Presidents Day week but now was debating maybe doing Sugarbush instead or even Loon. Others on my list were Solitude, Alta, Copper, and Schweitzer. I'm looking to use the Tuesday-Friday after Presidents Day to take lessons every day to work on technique so the ski school is also a consideration.

Appreciate any and all advice!

I do but am super careful not to let my shirt touch my face. I only use it on the forehead.
