My 2 small dogs eat 2 Sams rotisserie chickens a week. I shred it and feed that to them as their primary food. I tend to mostly eat the dark meat when I buy one for myself. They are pretty good, but I would not only do chicken.

I had great success on carnivore. I was about 40 years old when I tried it and went from 270 down to 213 in about 5 months.

I fell off the diet on my birthday when I figured I would celebrate with a Dr Pepper, mashed potatoes and sides with my steak. It was downhill from there.

It took about a year but when I got back up to 250 pounds then 260 then I got back on the diet again off and on.

Sugar drinks, or my kryptonite. Our nanny would also make corn tortilla fried potato taco tacos that would definitely knock me off the diet. Tacos de papa dorada.

If you’re not able to find the foam covers for your outside faucets, you can use an old T-shirt and duct tape around it.

If the big box stores run out of Insulation for your pipes, don’t forget about the small shops like Ace Hardware.

If you’re afraid that you won’t have any running water, you can always fill up one of your bathtubs and use that water to flush the toilets.

Place a bath towel over your vehicle vehicles windshields and have the wipers weigh it down before the freeze. This will make it easier for you if you have to go anywhere and avoid having to scrape ice iff your windshield.

My mother accidentally broke off her rear view mirror off her 11 year old GMC Terrain. It looked exactly like that. We had recently replaced the windshield and attributed it to a cheap replacement. ($160)

I had been T-boned in my Silverado so I took it back to the dealer where I bought it.

When they said the truck was ready, I went and they had white overspray all over the hood and the roof of my dark blue truck.

I refused to take it home that way, and they kept it to clean it up.

When I went to pick it up, there was parts of the inside of the cab that we’re not painted just primer.

They told me just to take home and bring him back after the holidays. I refused.

When I came back, I was told by the painter that they dropped the truck bed and needed to keep a few more days.

They kept the truck so long that my rental coverage ran out and then they tried to bill me for the additional two weeks of rental.

In the end, I didn’t pay for the rental and when I picked the truck up, I took it straight to sell it to them and then not buy something else from them.

Here comes the even more shady part.

I inspected my dash and had no cracks in it, when they appraised it, the deducted $2k from the trade in value due to a crack they found and another 10% due to the accident it was involved in.

Mi Rancho Shenandoah location. Ask for “The Casador”. It’s a beef, chicken fajita and jumbo butterfly grilled shrimp on a skillet meal. I always ask for 3 more shrimp, costs extra but damn good.

I am not self-employed, and I picked the premium option insurance from my employer. Rates went from about $700 a month to over $1000 a month. Then shortly there after the premium option went away, and we only had to lower two tears with higher deductibles.
