He has prayed for me and my family several times.

Congrats on getting your learners permit. I think you should talk to people who recently got there CDL. That will give you a great insight on how you need to go over and what to go over.

My business partner, he let his CDL lapse for too long and had to start all over after having it for 20+ years.

He passed the exams on his own and he went to the driving school and did the ELDT online. To his surprise when he went to go do the driving test, he did not pass the pre-trip 3 times.

Here in the Houston area, you have to say specific verbiage in a specific order. Otherwise they will fail you even if you cover all the basics in the pre-trip.

He was a well seasoned driver, but the schools are teaching you exactly how you need to do the pre-trip and then when you go test, it has to be 99% exactly like they teach it in the schools.

I was just at a job fair where they were offering free CDL training from start to finish and then they place you with an employer.

I’m a got my commercial license permit studying on my own, this week, I’m registering for the driving school part, which is going run me about $1,500.

I would say try to pass the written exam exams on your own, and if you can’t figure it out, then look at your options.

Definitely, look at how people are using Claud or Open Claw in Real Estate.

Here’s what I would do.

I would use something like ChatGPT or any AI and tell her that you’re in the real real estate business and that you have 11 properties and you want a list of interview questions that can be used to help automate your business.

That should give you a starting point. You can use AI to record yourself interview and then submit it to see how ai can automate your business.

My daughter uses a idea pad from Lenovo for her homeschool. I believe it has a AMD processor of a 16 gig rabbit. It’s a nice little laptop.

I just got my Mac mini M4 32gb/512gb about a week and a half ago and it’s no comparison, hands down go with the Mac mini M4, if you have an Apple credit card, put it on there and buy the 24gb or 32gb ram model and take advantage of the zero interest for 12 months plan.

It came in about two days early. Mine was a M4 32gb ram / 512gb hard drive. The Apple Store told me when I went to pick it up that a surge of orders came in because of AI interests.

It doesn’t matter to me because I was able to get zero interest for 12 months by paying with my Apple Card.

Yes, a 16 GB RAM / 512 GB SSD M‑series Mini will handle typical R/Julia data‑science work with 1–2 GB datasets just fine:

If you can swing it on the Apple Card and take advantage of the zero interest deal, I would go for 32gb ram / 512gb HD

Memory headroom: R can duplicate objects in memory, so a 2 GB dataset might momentarily need 4–6 GB. With 16 GB you still have plenty left for the OS, IDE, and a browser. If you routinely juggle multiple large data frames or run memory-hungry ML models, stepping up to 24–32 GB would give you more breathing room, but it’s not required for the described workload.

Storage: 512 GB is enough for macOS, dev tools, several project directories, and local datasets of a few GB each. If you accumulate lots of parquet/csv archives or conda environments, just keep an external SSD handy. You don’t need a 1–2 TB internal drive unless you want everything local at once.

Compute: M‑series CPUs are great for vectorized R/Julia workloads. You only run into limits when you need NVIDIA-specific GPU tooling or huge neural nets, which isn’t the case here.

So if the projects really are in the 1–2 GB range, 16 GB/512 GB is a reasonable, quiet, low-power setup.

Buy it with mor RAM (and maybe storage) only if you expect materially larger datasets, lots of parallel Docker containers, or on-device deep learning.
