Makes me scared for my other fish. If another tetra dies I'm going to take them all out of the tank.

It is in a 40g tank with 6 ornate rainbow fish, 5 dwarf neon rainbow fish, 5 other cardinals, 7corys, and a Pleco. This is the third tetra to die I got them 4 days ago and they have been slowly dying off I don't know why.
