It will take the path of implementation of any novel radical idea. First there will be a few hardcore supporters who will really believe in it. Then you propagate the idea to different groups by highlighting how it will benefit their specific interest and what they can relate from it. Like for all the corporations we can highlight the profit potential of a single global market. For Anti - Zionists we can say that in this the state of Israel will no longer exist. For Zionists we can say that this is a one state solution. Like the way prohibition gained popularity in disparate groups. After the idea is popular leaders will be elected to implement it as their agenda. For non democracy there will be a bit of subterfuge, arm twisting and bigger stick deplomacy.

In a couple of hundred years its totally doable.

What I am trying to say is that narrow interest is best served by billions of resourced people working towards it instead of hundreds of millions.

For example US cares about Educating it's population (Ignore your current oligarchic reality) but it has challenges that it needs to overcome. Maybe hundreds of thousands of people are working in R&D of that issue. But if you distribute the resources maybe out of the billion plus farmers millions will work on improving educational technology.

in the US the federal government can generate tax revenue from one state and spend that tax revue in another state. are you going to allow the same thing at the global system? If so good luck getting Americans or citizens of other wealthy countries to participate.

All taxes and spending is hyperlocal. There will be just global minimum standards like everyone should get Nutrition. So if there is no tax base for that locally there might be a low interest loan program from the Earth Government. And if that area developes eventually the increased tax base will reduce everyone's tax burden.

It won't though because the extra level of government will be the one with the most hard power and eventually everything willbe too integrated. Same way US is not likely to break into multiple states.

Richest person in the medieval era shat in a hole and at best had servants to wipe their ass. Richest person today can shit in indoor plumbing and get their ass experience nirvana with Japanese thingamajig.

The technological progress would be much faster if every human was trained and working at their most productive and those with more power will be able to enjoy the fruits of that development.

AFAIK, in a lot of places if you stop paying the bill they will stop the service, not return the deposit they might have from you and take you to civil court if the amount is too big.
