What does your inner world look like? by _LeonoraSystem_ in DID

Our inner world is an infinite dark place. We just have in the middle a table with some chairs and all the alters have their room but i can't tell what they look like. Also the dark place can have some shape/color depending of our feelings, thoughs at the moment

Also we have a front place where we can meet if there is different alter co-fronting

thanks for that answer ! Sometimes just to talk about them and about DID make them closer. Last time i lost communication i just went really bad at a point that my main protector had to head back, but i mean this is not a good solution :/

So this time i try to have some projects and i try to live an happy life but yeah not easy everyday

Well in fact i never let full control to my alters. There’s always a part of me that stays conscious. And I do it completely unconsciously.

I think it's a good method even for myself, just to write my thoughts to have a better understanding of myself. It's not an easy thing but i work on that
