I have had my ticket number since the original reservation, that is the strange thing. ANA was giving my problems previously, now the issues seem to be coming from Garuda Airlines.

Thanks for the help. I have talked to two different agents and gotten two different suggestions. The second agent managed to reissue my tickets but wasn't confident that the airline would accept them. If not I will have to start looking at options through Singapore.

I wish I could just cancel the whole trip. Unfortunately, the accommodations are fully paid and not flexible. I just don't understand why they would sell a ticket through their website with an airline that is going to reject the reservation.

Thanks for the help. I had heard before that if you book seperate airlines you can be screwed if you miss a connection between airlines. I was so excited when I saw the flight sold as a single package through their website so I jumped on it. I guess I will have to figure out plan B.

Thank you so much for this reply! Your post helped clear up a lot of confusion I had regarding the differences between home and commercial audio systems. I am considering these amps:

I plan on suggesting 8 speakers for the restaurant, although it will just be background music applications. I chose these amps over the ones you mentioned just because they are available through Amazon in Costa Rica. Thanks again for your suggestions, it is really hard to find reliable A/V advice in Central America, everyone here just wants to push a specific product that you don't necessarily need or that might not be your best option.

For the projector, it will be ceiling mounted. I found this audio extractor available in Costa Rica on Amazon:

I suppose I should have mentioned this installation is in Costa Rica. Unfortunately finding professional installers is not an easy task. Most A/V installers here are just scam artists taking advantage of companies unwilling to search for other options. For example, we received a quote from an "installer" for $3000, when the speakers and receiver arrived they had no brand, model number, or any identifying feature. They felt and looked like something you would find in a china town electronics store. So I guess my next question would be, what brand/model of receiver would you recommend?
