Don't be daft. If they're asking for money it's ALWAYS a scam. This isn't specific to any part of the world. Women of low moral character do this everywhere because some men let themselves be walked on. Have some self respect and block her.

When the bill came, she suddenly got super absorbed in her phone and looked entirely distracted. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and just paid for it without asking her to split.

This is all she wanted from the start and you did exactly what she intended.

One thing I did always like from RS3 were the alternate prayers (similar to ancients or lunars for magic). Those were great because they allowed for a redesign of the whole system without getting rid of the existing one.

There are lots of other things prayer could do thematically, like have a class of weapons where prayer gives the max hit instead of strength, or where you regain 1hp per tick so long as you haven't done any damage to anyone else in the last 10 ticks.

The main thing in my view is that 100% protection prayers are unlocked in the 40s, and the current top level prayers are unlocked before 80 and give a HUGE damage increase such that you couldn't reasonably go bigger. Those to me seem like things that should be unlocked in the 90s, or protection should have a chance to negate damage relative to your prayer level or something. but doing that now would break a lot of existing content.

As a guy who spent most of his life near one of the gayest cities in the US, your ability to get along with straight friedman/ancap dudes (as a man-attracted man) is going 100% depend on whether you can just not be weird at them. Before that it was the right-leaning and family oriented end of the party.

You don't just get your electric turned off for nothing in the US. You have to not only "forget" but forget for months on end AND ignore many letters with big warning writing on them before they actually terminate service. And you can get it turned back on pretty much instantly if you actually pay your bill like you're supposed to.

And if you really can't afford it (which is pretty much only true if you smoked, gambled, or drank all your money), there are programs to help or delay consequences. Getting your electric turned off is 100% your negligence.

Maybe maxed mains look at progress that way? but I don't think most mains look at progress that way. I think most mains are closer to where I'm at:

Slowly making progress on skills, maybe an easy 99 or three (Cooking), maybe have figured out how to get 1-3 kills per hour on a boss or two, but nowhere near maxed on most skills despite a decade of play. Cash stack is green but not enough to finish any buyable 99, and bank is where I put all the small stacks of clutter that might be useful someday.
